JKYAC Mission: The Juliaetta Kendrick Youth Advocacy Council is youth, families, and community organizations collaborating to reduce youth substance use in Kendrick Juliaetta and the 7 Ridges.
Strategy 1: Increase positive adult-youth interactions in the KJ7 area.
Strategy 2: Develop a strong systematic approach to substance abuse and prevention in our schools.
Our working committee receives assistance and support from the Latah County Youth Advocacy Council.
LCYAC is primarily funded through a Drug - Free Communities Support Program Grant provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). We receive additional support funding from many sources including Latah County Board of County Commissioners, Latah County Youth Services, Moscow Rotary Club and the kindness of many individuals in our county.
